This is a new design and a very popular open weave Celtic knot. Note the undulating symmetrical loops that make this a very unusual knot.

Ancient monks used Celtic Knots to illuminate manuscripts such as the famous Book of Kells. The Celts believed that life was never ending and that continuous re-birth would allow complete spiritual fulfillment and this belief became the inspiration for the many knots.

This Celtic Knot is handcrafted in .925 sterling silver and is available in several chain lengths.
